INTEGRATIVE RELEASE: FASCIA-FOCUSED BODYWORK.
WHAT WE DO
Integrative Release is a form of therapeutic bodywork focused on the fascia—the connective tissue system that surrounds and integrates every muscle, joint, nerve, and organ in the body.
Unlike traditional massage, Integrative Release is not primarily about relaxation. Sessions are slow, intentional, and assessment-based, working with the body’s structure, movement patterns, and nervous system to address the root causesof pain, restriction, and compensation.
This work is especially helpful for:
Chronic aches and pains
Postural imbalances
Athletic overuse or recovery
Injury history or surgery compensation
Limited mobility or stiffness
Feeling “stuck” or disconnected in your body
Each session is fully customized. Tools such as myofascial release, deep tissue techniques, cupping, and scraping may be used when appropriate (always with intention, not just as add-ons).
HOW TO BOOK:
Looking for targeted fascia-focused bodywork to address pain, tension or structural disorders? Pick “Bodywork Session”.
For people wanting a detailed breakdown of how their structure impacts posture, movement, and the origins of pain: choose “PostureScreen Analysis + Bodywork Session“.
Looking for a complete body restructuring? Choose “The 12-Series”.

Taylor Whitney, Founder of Integrative Release.
As a lifelong athlete, fitness enthusiast, and yogi, she has always had an appreciation for recovery and learning how to help the body thrive to maximize performance. That foundation, combined with her own recovery from spinal injuries, shaped her passion for helping others move freely and live pain-free.
Taylor’s technique focuses not only on relieving pain but also on restoring alignment, mobility, and resilience. Her practice is rooted in Tom Myers’ work on the fascial meridian system. His research bridged the gaps she was looking for in manual therapy. In addition, her training in Alchemical Herbalism with the School of Evolutionary Herbalism deepened her knowledge of plant medicine, which she integrates into her work to support holistic healing.
She is also an avid researcher of the mind-body connection, learning from authors like Matthew Wood, Cyndi Dale, Clarissa Pinkola Estés, and Ram Dass. This ongoing study fuels her passion for psychosomatic healing and informs the depth of her sessions.
Today, Taylor works with a wide range of clients, from athletes and fitness professionals, to those recovering from injuries or dealing with chronic pain, to everyday people seeking alignment, better posture, and relief from stress and tension.
Her mission across all clients is the same: to help you feel free in your body so you can do what you love, pain-free.
