Specialized, Targeted, & Collaborative Bodywork.
SOUTH OCEANSIDE | CAWHAT WE DO
Integrative Release is a private practice bodywork studio in South Oceanside, CA.
Bodywork sessions are assessment-based and focused on identifying the primary drivers of tension, pain, and dysfunction, rather than working the entire body without direction.
By targeting these key areas, we’re able to influence the surrounding myofascial chains, nervous system responses, and compensatory patterns that are actually creating the issue. This approach allows for more precise input, helping the body reorganize more efficiently instead of chasing symptoms. The goal isn’t to do more work, it’s to do the right work in the right place for lasting change.
Our most common clientele:
Individuals dealing with chronic pain, tension, or persistent soft tissue dysfunction
Athletes and active individuals looking to improve recovery, performance, and resilience
Those navigating injury, post-surgical recovery, or long-standing compensation patterns
People experiencing limited mobility, stiffness, or restricted movement
Individuals who feel “stuck,” misaligned, or disconnected from their body
